🔄 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • ✅ Item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition
  • ✅ Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • ✅ Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • ✅ Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) must be provided
⚠️ Note: Products that have been used, installed, soldered, or modified are not eligible for return.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Custom-manufactured or made-to-order PCBs
  • ❌ Special order or imported components procured on request
  • ❌ Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing labels
  • ❌ Software or downloaded digital content
  • ❌ Items damaged due to misuse, improper voltage, or electrical fault by the user
  • ❌ Consumable items (solder wire, flux, adhesives, etc.)

📋 3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Email us at info@saistore.in with:
    • Your Order Number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged/wrong item claims)
  2. Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it to our address (provided in the RA email). Please write the RA number on the package.
  4. Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

💳 4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status. If approved:

Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) 3–5 Business Days after approval
UPI (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm) 1–3 Business Days after approval
Store Credit / Exchange Within 24 Hours of approval

* Refund timelines may vary based on your bank's processing time. We initiate refunds promptly on our end.

📦 5. Wrong or Defective Product Received

If you received a wrong item or a defective/damaged product, we will take full responsibility:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof
  • We will arrange FREE pick-up and replacement at no extra cost to you
  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued

🔁 6. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for:

  • Defective products (confirmed by our technical team)
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Change of specification (subject to stock availability and within 7 days)

Exchanges are processed free of charge for manufacturing defects or our shipping errors.

🚚 7. Return Shipping

For returns due to manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damage in transit: Sai Store will arrange and pay for the return shipping.

For returns due to change of mind or buyer error: The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return.
