🔒 5. Safe & Secure Packaging

All electronic components and industrial parts are packed with care to prevent damage during transit. We use:

• Anti-static packaging for sensitive electronic components
• Bubble wrap and foam padding for fragile items
• Sealed corrugated boxes for all shipments

⚠️ 6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos/video of the damaged packaging and products immediately upon receipt.
2. Contact us at info@saistore.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
3. We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

For lost shipments, we will raise a formal inquiry with the logistics partner within 2 business days of your report.

All product prices on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. There are no additional taxes charged at checkout. Shipping is provided at zero additional cost.
